For this reason, all sales are final and non-returnable once an order has been placed.

Compatibility Assurance: If, prior to ordering, you submit your probe details or images and our team recommends an incorrect compatible item, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Why Returns Are Not Accepted

Ultrasound needle guides and related components must match precise equipment specifications. Once processed, these items cannot be restocked or resold due to compatibility and handling requirements.

Exceptions & Resolution

While returns are not accepted, we will take responsibility and resolve issues under the following conditions:

Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it.
Incorrect Recommendation by Our Team: If, prior to ordering, you submitted images or probe details and we recommended an incorrect compatible item, we will provide a replacement or refund at no charge.

Shipping & Customs Notice

In some cases, shipments may be inspected by U.S. Customs. If this occurs, delivery timelines may be extended. These delays are outside of our control, and release timing is determined solely by U.S. Customs authorities.
