All products sold on this website are special-order medical devices. Each item is sourced and prepared based on the specific ultrasound system and probe model selected at the time of purchase.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-returnable once an order has been placed.
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Ultrasound needle guides and related components must match precise equipment specifications. Once processed, these items cannot be restocked or resold due to compatibility and handling requirements.
Exceptions & Resolution
While returns are not accepted, we will take responsibility and resolve issues under the following conditions:
- Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it.
- Incorrect Recommendation by Our Team: If you submitted images or details of your probe and we recommended an incorrect item, we will replace it at no charge.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct ultrasound system and probe model before placing an order. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to purchase for assistance.
Shipping & Customs Notice
In some cases, shipments may be inspected by U.S. Customs. If this occurs, delivery timelines may be extended. These delays are outside of our control, and release timing is determined solely by U.S. Customs authorities.
