🧩 What is an OEM-Compatible needle guide?
An OEM-Compatible needle guide is a third-party accessory designed to fit specific ultrasound transducer models and function comparably to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accessories.
Our needle guides are manufactured using surgical-grade materials and engineered to support consistent needle alignment and durability when used as intended.
In the United States, applicable products are FDA-cleared under the 510(k) process for use with designated probes. When properly selected and used, compatible needle guides do not void the ultrasound system manufacturer’s warranty. Compatibility is limited to the transducer models specified.

Estimated delivery time is approximately two (2) weeks from order confirmation.
💲 Shipping cost
Standard shipping is provided at no charge for needle guide orders. No minimum purchase is required.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
📦 Return policy
For patient safety and infection-control reasons, medical-use items are not eligible for return once shipped, as they may be exposed to biological contaminants during normal handling or use.
If an item arrives damaged, or defective, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
❗ Incorrect orders
Orders placed for incorrect items are not eligible for return due to the nature of medical-use products.
📏 Fit and compatibility issues
- ✅ If compatibility was confirmed in writing by a team member prior to purchase and the guide does not fit the specified transducer, we will exchange the item at no cost, subject to our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
- ⚠️ If compatibility was not confirmed prior to purchase, exchanges or returns cannot be accepted.

🔁 Reusable needle guides
Reusable needle guides include a two (2)-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
🧼 Disposable needle guides
Disposable needle guides are sterile, individually packaged, and intended for single use only. No warranty applies once opened or used.
