For quailified orders, we offer our Perfect Fit Guarantee – which means you can rest easy knowing that you will receive the right guide for your transducer – every time! In the unlikely event that you receive a guide that does not fit we will replace the guide for the correct one or refund you your order.
To qualify for this -no additional cost- peace of mind all you need to do is send us an image of your transducer’s label when processing your order.
FAQs
An “After Market” needle guide means that it is produced by a different company and provides additional performance with an improved design and are stronger and longer lasting than the original brand. Our guides are FDA approved and do not void your ultrasound’s warranty.
Ordering
- Identify your transducer by checking the label.
- Take a photo of the label (you will need to share it with us to protect your order with our Perfect Fit Guarantee).
- Type your transducer’s brand and the model in the search bar or search the tables by hovering over the blue “Needle Guides for” button on the upper left hand and selecting your transducer’s brand.
- Select the guide: reusable or disposable (if available) and add it to your shopping cart.
- Complete your order.
Yes! Please fill out our quotation request form and we will email you with a written proposal.
We are here to help! You can check for your guide on the list by manufacturer located by hovering over the blue “Needle Guides For:” button on the upper left and selecting your brand – or we can identify your guide.
Most orders will get to their destination in 2 weeks or less.
We offer free shipping on all our needle guides.
We are already using the fastest shipping method available. You should receive your guide approximately 2 weeks after placing your order.
Returns
Due to the nature of biological contamination exposure during the normal use of these items, there are no returns allowed.
We strongly recommend that you take advantage of our (no cost) Perfect Fit Guarantee.
In the event you receive an incorrect guide and you provided your transducer’s label along with your order we will either replace replace the guide for the correct one or provide a full refund.
As long as your order was backed by our Perfect Fit Guarantee (by submitting an image of your transducer’s label at the time of purchase) we will fix it at no cost to you or refund you the order.
Warranty
The re-usable guides have a 2 year warranty. The disposable guides come sterilized and individually wrapped for a single use.
